摘要
空电联合转换器是电力机车及动车组上使用的压差转换装置。在分析现有空电联合制动器改善空间的基础上,提出了一种新型的空电联合制动器的设计。此空电联合转换器是要将空气开关信号和电信号转换来的强电信号(110 V)用于两路控制输入开关信号,另一路为模拟量(电压转换的)电流源信号(4 mA^20 mA)。其中一路开关信号为高电平期间允许转换器工作,低电平期间转换器禁止输出。另一路开关信号高电平期间禁止输出,下降沿时锁定模拟量电流源信号值,作为基准;汇总与后续模拟量电流源求差值,将压差值对应转换为电流源信号输出。测试表明,该空电联合转换器性能优越,本研究成果将应用到国家十二五计划项目中。
Combined with converter air is the use of electric locomotive and EMU on the pressure difference conversion device. Based on the analysis of space to improve existing electro-pneumatic brake , puts forward a new design of electro-pneumatic brake. The electro-pneumatic converter is a strong signal to the air switch signal and conversion to the (110 V) for two control input switch signal, another way for the analog quantity (voltage conversion) current source signal (4 mA^20 mA). One way of switch signal is at the high level during the period allows the converter to work, to a low level, converter output disable. Another switch signal output high level during prohibition, a falling edge locking analog current source signal value, as the benchmark; aggregation and subsequent analog current source for the difference, the pressure difference corresponding conversion as a current source signal output. The design is tested, the electro-pneumatic converter performance, the results of this study will be applied to the national twelve -five plan project.
