摘要
目的了解成都市某汽车加工厂职工的健康状况,采取相应的对策。方法收集该汽车加工厂男性职工职业健康体检资料,加查癌胚抗原(CEA)和甲胎蛋白(AFP)及总前列腺特异抗原(TPSA)进行肿瘤筛查。结果接受体检的1 035名职工中,检出患病人数为953例(92.08%),高血脂(33.91%)、脂肪肝(29.21%)、高尿酸(17.49%)检出率在各种疾病中占前3位,发现AFP、CEA阳性者1人,TPSA阳性者2人。结论应重视职工健康状况,应加强健康教育和行为干预,定期体检。
Objective To investigate the physical condition of the staff in a car factory in Chengdu and develop corresponding countermeasures. Methods The occupational health examination data of male staff were collected and additionally, tests of carcino - embryonic antigen（ CEA）, alpha-fetoprotein（AFP） and total serum prostate - specific antigen （TPSA）were conducted as well. Results Among the participated workers ,953 individuals were detected with diseases（ 92.08% ） and the top three diseases were hyperlipemia （ 33.91% ）, fatty liver （ 29.21% ） and hyperurieemia （ 17.49% ）. One case of careinoembryonic antigen positive and alpha - fetoprotein positive and two cases of TPSA positive were screened. Conclusion The health of the staff deserves more attention, and thus strengthened health education and behavior interventions as well as regular physical examination should be implemented.
