双钢板在胫骨平台复杂骨折治疗中的运用

Application of Double-plate Fixation in Patients With Complex Tibial Plateau Fractures

目的探讨应用双钢板内固定治疗胫骨平台复杂骨折的临床疗效。方法 2007-06/2012-07,应用双钢板内固定治疗胫骨平台复杂骨折患者32例,骨折按照Schatzker分类：Ⅴ型23例,Ⅵ型9例。术后早期功能锻炼,随访时采用Rasmussen膝关节功能评分标准评价临床治疗效果。结果 29例获得随访,随访时间8-34月,平均14.2月,骨折愈合时间4-7月,平均5.1月。钢板无松动与折断,膝关节功能评分：优14例,良11例,可3例,差1例,优良率为86.2%。结论双钢板内固定治疗胫骨平台复杂骨折术后早期功能锻炼,膝关节功能恢复良好,临床疗效满意。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of double-plate fixation in patients with complex tibial plateau fractures.Methods A total of 32 patients with complex tibial plateau fractures were treated by double-plate fixation during June 2007 to July 2012.According to Schatzker classification,23 cases were type Ⅴ and 9 were type Ⅵ。The Rasmussen score was used to evaluate the knee joint＇s functions.Results Of the 32 patients,29 completed a followed-up visit through 8-34 months（averagely 14.2 months）.The fracture healing time ranged 4-7 months（averagely 5.1 months）.The steel plate showed no loose or break.The score of knee function showed excellent in 14 cases,good in 11,fair in 3and poor in one,with a excellent and good rate was 86.2%.Conclusion The curative effect of double-plate fixation in treatment of patients with Schatzker Ⅴ,Ⅵ tibial plateau fractures is good and with less complications and more quick recovery of knee function in patients after operation.
