摘要
在不使用外力搅拌和不添加任何表面活性剂的条件下,采用微波-超声波协同蒸发结晶制备微细仲钨酸铵。考察了结晶温度,钨酸铵浓度,微波与超声波的协同功率、协同时间对仲钨酸铵粒度及形貌影响。在较佳条件下,微波-超声波协同可制得平均粒度为7.6μm、粒径分布均匀、晶型完整的微细单晶五水仲钨酸铵。
Fine ammonium paratungstate was prepared by microwave-ultrasonic cooperative evaporation crystallization without external force or any surfactant. The effects of temperature, ammonium tungstate concentration, power of microwave and ultrasonic, as well as cooperative time on the particle size and morphology of ammonium paratungstate were investigated. Under the optimum conditions, the fine single-crystal ammonium paratungstate with an average particle size of 7.6 μm, uniform size distribution, perfect crystal, and five crystal water could be prepared.
