摘要
为充分利用六盘水地区火电厂的粉煤灰,采用XRF、XRD、FT-IR等现代分析手段研究了粉煤灰的理化性质,结果显示:六盘水地区的粉煤灰主要以莫来石和少量石英组成,其中二氧化硅、三氧化二铝和三氧化二铁质量分数约为80%,属于高硅、高铁、低铝型。结合六盘水地区粉煤灰的资源化利用现状,针对其形貌结构和组成特点,提出适宜六盘水地区粉煤灰精细化、高附加值综合利用的可持续发展路径。
In order to fully utilize the fly ash resources of power plants in Liupanshui, physical and chemical properties of fly ash were studied by the modem analysis methods of XRF,XRD,and FT-IR. The results showed: fly ash was mainly composed of mullite and a small amount of quartz,the total mass fraction of SiO2,A1203,and Fe203 was about 80%,belongs to the type of high silicon, iron, and low alumlnum.According to the present situation of the utilization, features, and the morphologies and structures of the fly ash, the fine and high added value technology of sustainable development suitable for comprehensive utilization of fly ash in Liupanshui was put forward.
