摘要
监理工程师采用一定的方法和手段对整个勘察工作实行质量控制、进度控制和投资控制 ,工作重点在于事前控制 .在满足质量、保证费用的前提下 ,对一些勘察工作可适当变通 。
Engineer should carry out quality control,progress control and cost control in supervision of site investigation,all control work must be carry out in the beginning of tendering.When the best quality and the most suitable price are obtained simultaneously,some investigation methods could be changed so as to gain the impartial and flexibile results in whole supervision work.
