10kV配网分界开关使用原则探讨

Investigations for the Use Policy of 10 kV Distribution Network's Demarcation Switch

随着国内经济的快速增长及人民生活水平的日益提高,社会对供电可靠性要求也越来越高,配网分界开关的广泛使用有效提高了供电可靠性,减少了企业和居民的停电次数和时间,但国内分界开关的使用原则却没有统一标准,分界开关有断路器型和负荷开关型,两种类型分界开关价格不同,动作原理也不相同,分界开关如果不合理使用,不仅可能影响供电可靠性,而且会大大增加不必要的投资。结合现场实际工作,通过分析分界开关及10 kV线路保护的动作原理,提出一种性价比高的比较合理的分界开关使用原则。

With the rapid growth of the domestic economy and people＇s living standards rising, society requires higher and higher for power reliability.The widespread use of distribution network＇ s demarcation switch effectively improve the reliability of power supply, reducing the businesses and residents＇ the frequency and duration of power outages.However, there is no uniform standard of boundaries switch principle in domestic.Two types of boundaries switch,circuit breakers and load switch,have different prices and action principles.Using demarcation switch unreasonably not only affects the reliability of power supply but also greatly increases the unnecessary investment.According to the analysis of action principle of demarcation switch and 10 kV line protection, this paper proposes a more reasonable and cost-effective use policy combined with the actual work.
