摘要 基于IEC 61850标准对程序化控制的过程状态和操作配置进行建模仿真,设计完成了智能变电站程序化控制各项功能。结合工程实例,探讨了智能变电站程序化控制的要素,论述了智能变电站中程序化控制的设备模型和控制过程,并对程序化功能模块所需仿真系统交互方式进行初步探索,如五防闭锁系统、程序化操作票、站端操作、可视化系统等。 Process status and operating configuration which is controlled by programs are modelled and simulated based on IEC 61850.Procedural control of smart substations is designed.Combined with engineering examples,the procedural control elements of smart substations are discussed, the equipment model and operating procedures are expounded, and the interactive mode of simulating system which is needed by procedural function modules if explored preliminarily, such as five protect and locking system,sequence operation list ,stand side control ,visualization system etc.
