选煤厂对高锰钢耐磨性改性研究

摘要 研究了水韧处理与高锰钢铸件组织和性能的关系。试验结果显示:与没有经过水韧处理的试验样品相比较,经过水韧处理的高锰钢样品硬度逐渐减小,而冲击韧度大幅度得到提高。通过显微组织调控改善了高猛钢的抗磨性能,延长了本选煤厂材料的使用寿命。抗磨材料耐磨性能的提高能为选煤厂带来可观的经济效益和社会效益。 The relationship between water toughening and the microstructure and properties of high manganese steel were studied. The experimental results show that the hardness of high manganese steel specimen decreases and impact toughness increase significantly after water toughening treatment compared with the sample without water toughening treatment. The anti-wear performance of high manganese steel was improved through the microstructure control and the service life of the coal preparation plant materials was prolonged. For improving the performance of anti-wear material wear-resisting steel of coal preparation plant has brought considerable economic and social benefits.
