摘要
煤矿企业的思想政治工作是企业发展过程中的重要环节,结合煤矿企业发展现状,分析了当前政工干部的状况和政工工作面临的一些新问题,从政治思想,工作作风,干部培养等多个角度指出了提高政工干部素质的途径和方法。
The ideological and political work is very important for the mining enterprises＇ development. Combined with their actual development situation, the study analyzes the political cadres and new problems they are facing. In perspective of political thought, working style, and cadre training, the approaches and methods on improving quality of the cadres are presented.
