摘要
针对传统可靠性评估方法难以解决高可靠度、长寿命产品的可靠性评估问题,本文在使用失效时间数据的基础上,提出了使用产品的性能退化数据的方法。在很多情况下,退化过程中的性能退化数据比失效时间数据更有价值。文章介绍了退化数据的优点,提出了对产品退化的一般轨迹模型;针对高可靠度的产品提出了基于退化轨迹和退化量分布的两种评估方法,并用实例分别对两种评估方法进行展开应用,验证了方法的有效性。
For the reliability evaluation problems that traditional method can hardly resolve, this paper introduces degradation data analysis on basis of failure-time data. Usually, degradation data seems to be more valuable than failure-time data. The paper introduced advantages of degradation data and general path model of products. Two reliability evaluation methods based on degradation path and data distribution have been raised, and taken for examples respectively to verify the validity of two proposed methods.
