亲水改性明胶材料 被引量:6

摘要 作为胶原的水解产物,明胶来源广泛,是一种优良的可再生自然资源。明胶由于具有良好的蛋白特性,生物可降解性和吸水性能而被应用为吸水材料如止血材料。但明胶本身的吸水能力有限,进一步提高其吸水能力有可能提高明胶在吸水材料领域的应用价值。本文通过在明胶分子上引入具有亲水性的基团以制备一种亲水性的明胶材料。通过对亲水改性明胶材料进行吸水溶胀测试发现,实验所制备的亲水改性明胶材料在PBS中的平衡溶胀率随亲水性ME_nMO单体与Gelatin投料的质量比率的增加而增大,最高可达自身重量的49.8倍,是未改性明胶的4倍。
