摘要社区心理健康教育源于西方,又称为社区心理健康服务Community Mental Health Team（CMHT）,是指在社区服务工作中,根据人的生理、心理特点,运用有关心理教育的方法和手段,来保持与促进人们的心理健康。社区心理健康教育主要包括两个任务：一是发展性教育：即面向全体居民开展的预防性和发展性心理健康教育,目的是使社区居民能够正确认识自我,增强其调控自我、承受挫折、适应环境的能力，培养其健全的人格和良好的个性心理品质。
