Crisis negotiation training is a kind of policing skill training based on communication and negotiation skill according to different types of cases and is also a work mechanism training based on the spot crisis policing operation .Therefore, methods of crisis negotiation can be classified into skill training methods and mechanism training methods .Mechanism training methods can be used in the training of policing commanding and crisis commanding.
