盐酸氨溴索注射液在呼吸系统疾病治疗中的应用效果观察

Application Effect Observation of Ambroxol Hydrochloride Injection in the Treatment of Respiratory Diseases

目的分析盐酸氨溴索注射液在呼吸系统疾病治疗过程中的应用效果和作用。方法选取2011-04～2013-02间我院收治的100例呼吸系统疾病的患者,随机将患者分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者(50例)采用常规治疗进行诊治;观察组患者(50例)在常规治疗的基础上采取盐酸氨溴索注射液进行治疗。通过治疗,综合比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果对照组治愈23例,有效17例,总有效率为80%;观察组治愈37例,有效12例,总有效率为98%。结论盐酸氨溴索注射液治疗呼吸系统疾病,提高了临床疗效,在治疗中没有出现严重的不良反应,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of ambroxol hydrochloride injection in the treatment of respiratory diseases. Methods Selecting 100 patients with respiratory diseases during April,2011 and February,20l3 in the hospital as the observation objects of the research,who were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. 50 cases in the control group had routine treatment,and the observation group were treated by ambroxol hydrochloride injection on the basis of routine treatment. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was treated. Results After the treatment,23 patients of the control group were cured,17 patients were effective,10 patients invalid,and the efficiency rate was 80%; 37 patients of the observation group were cured,12 patients were effective,1 patients invalid,and the efficiency rate was 98%. Conclusion Ambroxol hydrochloride injection can improve the effectiveness of clinical treatment with no serious adverse reactions during the treatment,which can be widely applied in the treatment.
