工作面长度与采空区遗煤自燃的关联性分析 被引量:3

摘要 为了研究工作面长度与采空区遗煤自燃规律的内在联系,利用理论分析方法对工作面长度与其推进速度及遗煤自然发火期的关系进行了分析,得到了保证遗煤不自燃的最长工作面的确定方法。以九道岭矿和华兴矿某工作面为例,利用数值模拟和相似模拟方法对工作面长度与采空区漏风量及"三带"划分之间的关系进行了研究,得到了工作面长度与采空区漏风量及"三带"宽度的关系表达式。结果表明:工作面长度的确定受多种因素的影响,为了保证遗煤不自燃,工作面长度存在一个上限值,此值可以通过工作面长度与工作推进速度及遗煤自然发火期的关系进行确定;当工作面供风量不随工作面长度变化时,工作面长度与采空区漏风量之间近似满足对数函数关系;当工作面供风量随工作面长度变化时,工作面长度与采空区漏风量之间近似满足"∪"型二次抛物线函数关系,工作面长度与采空区氧化带宽度之间近似满足"∩"型二次抛物线函数关系。 This given paper is inclined to introduce our study of the relation between the length of the working face and the spontaneous combustion of the coal residual in the goaf by taking Jiudaoling mine and Huaxing mine as a study case. The reason why we would like to pick up such a topic for our research goal is that it is of extremely great significance to find the relevance of the length of the working face to the residual coal spontaneous combustion so as to make clear the relation among the length of working face, the leakage air volume, the division of the "three zones" through a method of numerical simulation and the simulation experiments of the similar materials. The results show that the length of the working face can be determined under the influence of many factors. For this purpose, it is necessary to devise a method to determine the longest working face in terms of guaranteeing the residual coal non-spontaneous combustion period through theoretical analysis of the advancing speed of the working face and the spontaneous combustion likeliness. However, in order to find the relation between the leakage air volume and the working faces of the mine, it is necessary to divide "three zones" with the length of working face derived by dividing the mining area into "three zones," with the length of working face being studied via the numerical simulation and the simulation experiments of similar materials. The results of our analysis show that many factors may affect the determination of the length of working face. However, there is an upper limit value of the length of working face to prevent the residual coal spontaneous combustion, and the value can be determined according to the relation among the length of the working face, the advance speed of working face and the spontaneous combustion period. Here there exists a logarithmic function relationship between the length of the working face and the leakage air volume of goaf when the air volume of working face is not varied with the length of working face. In addition, there is a parabolic function relationship between the length of working face and the leakage air volume of goaf when the air volume of working face is varied with the length of working face, and the shape of parabolic function is "∪" type. The relationship between the length of working face and the breadth of oxidation zone is also a parabolic function, though the shape of parabolic function is "∩" type.
