摘要 采用结构方程模型(SEM)对影响某供电局风险管理绩效的主要因素进行评估。首先通过理论分析假设主要影响因素有3个;然后运用SPSS 16.0对问卷进行处理并进行信效度分析;最后采用AMOS 17.0对样本数据和构建的模型进行拟合度分析,得出各指标之间的因果关系和影响系数。结果表明,对该企业风险管理绩效影响最大的是设备设施和作业环境管理,其次是危险源辨识与风险评估控制,最后是应急管理。通过观察变量与二阶因子之间的影响系数可知,员工是否清楚自己在紧急情况下的职责、辨识的危险因素的全面合理性以及是否定期对其分析和补充对风险管理绩效的影响最大,定期应急培训与设备设施管理的影响也较大,影响最小的是作业环境以及员工作业前对岗位风险控制措施的回顾。 The present paper is aimed at analyzing the factors affecting the assessment of the risk management exerted by a Power Supply Bureau. For our research purpose, we have made analysis by using the structural equation model (SEM). In doing so, we have first of all confirmed the three main affecting factors through theoretical hypothesis analysis, which involve the hazard identification and risk assessment, the installation and operating environment management, and the emergency treating. At this step, we have constructed a two-order confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) model in accordance with the analysis of hypothesis. Secondly, we have conscientiously processed the survey data by means of a software named as SPSS 16.0 with its reliability and validity being analyzed. At the same time, we have discarded some items whose power of discrimination is low through careful filtering. And, eventually, we have sorted out 12 items, which can be taken as the most affecting risk management indexes and proposed three componential factors with their eigenvalues being above 1 through the confirmatory factor analysis in accordance with the theoretical assumptions. The three factors can fully account for 57.823% of the cumulative percentage of all the variables. Last of all, we have carried out the fitting analysis between the sample data and the established model with the software AMOS 17.0, thus, working out the influential coefficient and the causal relation among all such indexes. All the above analyses help us to make sure that it is the facilities and the operating environment management that make the greatest impact on the risk management behaviours and performances, followed by hazard identification and risk assessment and control, with the emergency control coming last. At the same time, our analysis has also gone to the influential coefficients between the observed variables and the second-order factors, such as the sense of responsibility of the employees when meeting with emergencies, and the likeliness of their aware of the danger and ability to rationally identify the corresponding risk factors. And, naturally, these factors should be put next to the regular emergency training and proper management of the equipment and facilities, which seem to have the least impact on the performance of risk management, yet, are essential for the employees' review of the control measures and strict warning before coming to post.
