摘要
目的:将系统理论和实践案例、数据相结合,剖析幼儿健康动态发展的四维空间结构体系及具体的实践操作形式.方法:通过文献资料法、实验法、观察法等研究幼儿健康动态发展的四维空间结构体系.结果:幼儿健康是以身体机能健康为主的,身体不断接受阈限刺激获得认知信息从而达到主动有限调控能力的心理健康及社会健康支持相结合的四维结构健康体系.结论和建议:对幼儿的健康教育重在身体刺激和身体的主动运动表达,以符合幼儿身心规律的各种身体活动形式及活动方法为因,各种健康指标为果,让幼儿快乐地动起来的健康锻炼理念才是客观有效的.
Purpose: By combination of systematic theory and practical cases, the dynamic development of four-dimension space structural system and concrete practice forms of children' s health are analyzed. Methods: By literature, experiment and observation, the dynamic development of four-dimension space structural system of children' s health is discussed. Results: The body health is priority to children' s health, the body takes threshold stimulation for cognitive information so as to achieve active limited regulation ability of mental health and social health of four-dimension health system. Conclusions and recommendations: The health education of children focuses on physical stimulation and active movement of the body, in accordance with the law of children' s physical and mental activities and various forms of physical activity method, by a variety of health indicators as result. The health exercise concept of making children move happily is objective and valid.
