高校女教师身心健康现状及体育锻炼模式构建

摘要 针对高校女教师身心健康及体育锻炼习惯欠佳的现状,首先从运动项目及组织形式、主管单位及指导教师来源、制度保证3方面提出适合高校女教师的体育锻炼模式,然后从社会、家庭、学校及教师个人4方面探讨体育锻炼模式顺利执行的条件,最后归纳总结构建高校女教师体育锻炼模式的意义. The current situation of physical and mental health and physical exercise habits of female teachers in colleges and universities is discussed. First, suitable physical training mode for university teacher is proposed according to three aspects like sports items and organization form, directing units and source of teacher, and constitution system. Second, the conditions for physical exercise model carrying out smoothly are explored in four aspects like society, family, school and individual of teacher. Finally, the significance of building exercise mode for college female teachers is summarized.
