混凝土构件选筋可控化目标的程序实现

摘要 对造成钢筋混凝土构件选筋结果多样化的因素进行了分析 ,提出了构件可控化选筋方法 ,实现了构件的可控化选筋 ,介绍了其程序算法及部分界面。可控化选筋方法由目标控制参数、目标控制法则及结果的目标评价体系三部分组成。目标控制参数是一个可以调整的二维权值集合 ,它反映“直径”、“型号”、“排数”、“净距”、“实配面积”等对选筋结果的影响 ;目标控制法则用来体现设计规范的规定对不同工况构件选筋结果的多样化影响 ,在程序中通过基于过程的推理机制得到实现 ;目标评价体系根据控制参数及控制法则实现对具体选筋结果的最优评价。 By analyzing the influencing factors which causes the scattering result of steel bar selecting for reinforced concrete members, a controllable method of reinforced steel bar design is given. Controllable bar selecting is achieved, and the corresponding CAD program and related interface are introduced. The presented method is composed of three sections: The parameters and rules of multi objection control, the multi objection evaluating system for the influence result. The parameter of multi objection control is a revisable matrix which shows the influence by the bar diameter, bar type, the number of arrangement, neat space, selected practical area, etc. The rule of multi objection control has the function to express the various influences by the designing specification in different cases, which could be achieved by the process based method. For the objection appraising system, the appraising of the steel bar designs is achieved based on the controlling parameters and rules.
