乳腺癌患者再发甲状腺癌临床分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨乳腺癌患者再发甲状腺癌的相关性,对两者之间潜在关系进行研究。方法选取本院收治的乳腺癌再发甲状腺癌患者18例,分析其治疗方法及治疗效果,观察相关性。结果本组18例甲状腺术后病理诊断为乳头状癌,非乳腺癌转移,乳腺癌雌激素受体阳性14例、阴性4例,甲状腺癌雌激素受体阳性8例、阴性10例,8例雌激素受体阳性的甲状腺癌均来自于雌激素受体阳性的乳腺癌患者。结论雌激素是影响甲状腺癌产生的重要原因,在对激素依赖性乳腺癌患者进行检查的过程中要配合进行甲状腺检查,提高患者甲状腺肿瘤检出率和治疗效果。
