摘要
目的比较乳腺癌患者术后给予中药及化疗的效果。方法取本院近3年来收治的90例采用手术治疗的乳腺癌患者,分为A组和B组,各45例。A组术后进行化疗,B组给予中药。结果两组患者上肢水肿症状均有改善,但B组患者生活质量及安全性优于A组(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者术后给予中药可减少化疗副作用,提高患者生存质量。
Objective To compare the effect of traditional Chinese medicine and chemotherapy for breast cancer after operation. Methods For nearly 3 years in out hospital treated 90 cases of patients with breast cancer treated by operation, were divided into A group and B group, 45 cases in each. Chemotherapy after operation in A group, B group treated with Chinese medicine. Results Two group of patients with Upper limb edema symptoms were improved, but the B group patients quality of life and safety is b^tter than that of group A （P〈0.05） . Conehmion Breast cancer patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine can reduce the side effects of chemotherapy, improve the quality of life of patients.
