加替沙星注射液致不良反应特点研究

Clinical Characteristics and Cause Analysis on Common Adverse Reaction of Gatifloxacin Injection.

目的分析加替沙星注射液常见不良反应的临床特点及产生原因,为临床治疗工作给予参考和借鉴。方法对医疗机构报送的2012年02月01日至2014 年02月01日加替沙星不良反应患者118例为研究对象,采用统计学方法对其进行回顾性分析。结果加替沙星在不同人群中不良反应出现情况不同,不良反应的发生相关因素很多(主要是本身的特点决定),其表现具有规律可循。结论对较高年龄之外人群使用,或者改变给药方式,采取简单的预防性措施都可以减少加替沙星不良反应的概率,使临床应用更为有效。

Objective Analysis the clinical characteristics and cause of common adverse reaction of Gatifloxacin injection. Methods Choosing 118 patients who were undergoing adverse reactions of gatifloxacin in our hospital from 2012-02-01 to 2014-02-01 as the object of study,conducting retrospective analysis using statistical methods. Results The adverse reactions of gatifloxacin differed in different populations, the occurrence of adverse reactions were related to many factors. Conclusion Excluding the older population, changing the mode of administration and taking simple preventive measures can reduce the probability of adverse reactions of gatifloxacin.
