摘要
目的观察依托芬那酯凝胶治疗急性肱骨外上髁炎的临床疗效。方法治疗组给予依托芬那酯凝胶涂抹痛处,并轻柔按摩治疗,对照组予奇正消痛贴膏贴于患处。结果治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论依托芬那酯凝胶对于肱骨外上髁炎急性期具有良好的疗效,值得推广使用。
Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of etofenamate gel in the treatment of acute external humeral epicondylitis. Methods The patients in treatment group were treated with etofenamate gel and massage.The patients in control group were treated with Qizheng-xiaotong plaster. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than in control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The etofenamate gel is an ideal treatment for acute external humeral epicondylitis and worthy of clinical use.
