摘要
2010年浦东新区作为上海市首批家庭医生制服务改革试点区,开始探索家庭医生制服务改革。随着改革和探索的深入,全科医生的培养工作已显得日趋重要和迫切。如何培养出合格的全科医生?原有的专科医生转型中的困惑?本文通过查阅相关文献资料及发放调查表等方式了解了浦东新区社区医院中全科医生的一些现实情况,了解了全科医生在培训方式、内容、技能等方面的一些需求。本文建议卫生行政部门要提高全科医生的社会地位;改革现行的教育制度;提高的薪酬待遇,让全科医生有尊严地工作和生活;制定完善的培训计划和考核方案等综合措施,提高全科医生的整体服务能力。
In 2010, pudong new area of the first batch of family doctor system service reform testing, began to explore the family doctor service system reform. With the deepening of the reform and exploration, the cultivation of general practitioners work has become increasingly important and urgent. How to cultivate qualified general practitioner？ The original specialist in transition？ In this paper, through consulting related literature material and questionnaire for the way to understand the community hospital in pudong new area of gp some realities, to understand the general practitioner in such aspects as training methods, content, skills, some of the requirements. This paper suggested that the health administrative departments to improve the social status of GP;Reform the current education system;Improve the salary treatment, let gp to work and live with dignity;Formulate training plan and test scheme of comprehensive measures, such as improve the overall service capacity of GP.
