摘要
目的 探究神经内科门诊头痛患者的临床表现及诊疗特点。方法 回顾性分析我院神经内科门诊72例头痛患者临床检查与诊疗资料。结果 各种头痛类型中,偏头痛最多、其次是紧张性头痛（P〈0.05）;21-40岁是头痛病症的主要群体,就诊人数明显多于其他年龄阶段（P〈0.05）。临床治疗方法以口服药物与静脉给药为主,对症规范治疗后,头痛强度及次数控制有效率100%。结论 神经内科头痛有多种类型,治疗方式多而灵活,临床上应全面了解患者临床病症及相关病史,提高诊断准确度、对症治疗。
Objective To explore the characteristics of diagnosis and treatment of headache, neurological department of internal medicine. Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 72 cases of patients with headache. Results Migraine and tension-type headache the largest proportion, clinical treatment with oral drugs and intravenous drugs, symptomatic treatment control efficiency of 100%. Conclusion The clinical should fully understand the patients clinical symptoms and medical history, improve the accuracy of diagnosis, symptomatic treatment.
