摘要
文章就谈话(TALK)教育方法产生的背景、实施的目的、参加人员及方式进行了阐述,对谈话的内容,即TALK四大要素(Topic、Action、Limit、Key to…)给予了说明,并以企业反馈及学生就业情况来证明了该方法的有效性。文章最后还就如何做好反馈、后续跟踪及拓展,以及谈话教育方法的特点等问题进行了分析与探讨。
This article gives an account of the background for using TALK as an educational method, its objective, its method and the persons who might be involved in the TALK. It explains the content of TALK, that is, its four factors (Topic, Action、 Limit、 Key to…). It tries to prove the effectiveness of TALK method by using the enterprise feedback and the students' employment situation. Finally, the article makes an analysis and discussion on the way how to do a good job on the feedback, follow-up and development of TALK. It also deals with such issues as the features of TALK method.'
