Nenjiang county wide geographical expansion,north and south is long and narrow,complex terrain,strong winds high frequency,wide scope,intensity,long duration,especially in spring and autumn,a strong wind often last for three days,so there are the ＂ three wind＂.Winds can accelerate the ground moisture evaporation and crop moisture transpiration,intensify drought degree,which cause serious damage to crops,also damage,such as traffic,communication,and building wind often reduce air humidity quickly,form the hot dry weather,forest,grassland and urban fire,the wind is one of the main severe weather in my county.
