摘要
用最大气泡压力法(MBP)研究了脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO7)、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO9)和辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP-10)三种非离子表面活性剂溶液的动态表面张力,讨论了分子结构、浓度、温度对动态表面张力的影响。结合印刷工艺要求,OP-10适合作润版液的润湿剂,添加浓度控制在0.1%,温度控制在20℃。研究结果可为润版液润湿剂的选择、浓度控制及润版液温度控制提供参考。
Using the maximum bubble pressure method (MBP) to study dynamic surface tension of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether (AEO7), fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether (AEO9 ) and Octylphenol polyoxyethylene ether (OP- 10) etc three kinds of nonion surfactant. Discusses the effects on molecular structure and concentration and temperature on dynamic surface tension. According to the requirement of printing technology, OP - 10 is suitable for wetting agent as the fountain solution, Concentration is 0. 1%, The temperature is 20 degrees. The research results can provide references to the selection of wetting agent of the fountain solutions, concentration con- trol and fountain solution temperature control.
