摘要 改革传统的课堂教学方式,是高职人文教育的重要课题。以整体视野、全面观念与系统思维,凸显课堂教学的创新性、科学性,构建自主学习的教学模式,打造生动的社交礼仪课堂,调动高职学生的学习兴趣和主观能动性,运用以人为本的教学方法,既是一种对学生的关注、关怀,体现了教育的根本价值,达到了"社交礼仪"的有效教学,又提升了高职学生的职业礼仪素养,培养了高职学生在职场的交际与合作能力。 Reforming the traditional mode of classroom teaching is an important task of higher vocational humanistic education. To highlight the innovation and scientificity of teaching, to build a teaching mode of self-directed learning, to creat lively social etiquette classes, to inspire the students" learning interest and activeness and to use a people-oriented teaching method in an overall vision, comprehensive ideas and systems thinking, is a kind of concern for students, which embodies the fundamental values of education, achieves the effective teaching of "social etiquette", promotes the students" professional etiquette literacy and develops the students" communication and cooperation skills in the workplace.
