高职院校酒店实训基地对外经营风险与对策研究

Management Risk and Countermeasure Research on the Hotel Training Base of Higher Vocational Colleges——Take one of Zhejiang Higher Vocational colleges as an example

现代职业教育体系建设,实践教学是高校职业教育的重要工作之一。通过对浙江省某高职院校和其他部分高校酒店实训基地项目建设与经营过程中的风险与困境实例分析,并就高职院校"产教融合、校企合作"的实训场所建设与对外经营进行对策研究,提出选择适合校情的管理模式、建立完善的法人治理与管理团队、构建多元化的筹资渠道、明确履约的责任与风险、履行审批程序等具体工作举措。

Practice teaching is playing a vital role in vocational education. This article tends to put forward some specific measures,such as selecting an appropriate management mode,establishing reasonable managing group,building a diversified financing channels,pinpointing responsibility and risk and performing the approval procedures on the basis of analyses on the difficulties and risks in the process of hotel training base construction and management of some higher vocational colleges in Zhejiang and also the countermeasure study on training base construction and management of college-industry cooperation.
