Analysis of the Position Activities of College-Graduate Village Officials

大学生村官越来越多,但目前对大学生村官的岗位活动缺乏分析和指导,主要表现为岗位活动缺乏系统化描述、具体化描述和规范化描述。运用工作任务分析法,通过与103位优秀村官访谈,设计出大学生村官发展农村经济、服务农村政务、建设农村信息化、管理工作团队、规划职业发展等五个核心岗位活动标准,并通过工作任务分析构建了大学生村官培训与职业成长课程体系。

Nowadays, college-graduate village officials are more and more, but there is a lack of analysis and guidance in college-graduate village officials＇ position activities, specifically in terms of comprehensive analysis,specific description and standardized description, etc. Proceeding from the job task analysis and based on interviews to 103 college-graduate village officials, this article builds 5 key position activity standards for college-graduate village officials in terms of developing rural economy, servicing rural administration affair,constructing rural information system, managing working groups and planning career development. By analyzing the work of college-graduate village officials, this article also builds a curriculum system for their training and career development.
