On the university students dormitory culture construction, the paper expounds the connotation of college students＇ dormitory culture, analyses the problems existing in the current college students dormitory culture construction. From the ways of creating the spiritual cultural atmosphere, strengthening the construction of dormitory network culture, perfecting the management operation mechanism, playing the role of student backbones, this paper put forward approaches to strengthen the construction of college students dormitory culture.
