摘要
通过对几种作物种子(赤豆、小麦、绿豆等)萌发过程中淀粉酶活性的测定,得到种子淀粉酶活性变化的数据。实验数据表明:作物种子的淀粉酶活力均随着发芽天数增加而增高,但到一定时期又转为下降趋势。
Based on determination of amylase activity during several crops seeds germination(red bean, wheat,mung bean, etc.), the experimental data show that amylase activity is increased with days increasing, but it is decreased as to a certain period.
