论文将平衡记分卡的评估理念和技术引入到县级公共图书馆服务领域,构建县级公共图书馆服务的平衡记分卡框架,综合运用问卷调查、社会统计方法,结合实际,构建了体现新的文化发展观要求,符合新时期县级公共图书馆服务事业发展实际的绩效评估指标体系。

This paper introduces balanced scorecard assessment ideas and technology in the field of public library services, build a balanced scorecard framework of public library services, integrated use of questionnaires, social statistics, eombined with the actual, meet the requirement of new euhure development view is constructed, in line with the actual public library service enterprise in the new period of performance evaluation index system.
