国外城镇化模式对新型城镇化的启示——基于缩小城乡收入差距视角

Revelation from Foreign Urbanization Mode to New-type Urbanization in China:from the Perspective of Narrowing the Income Gap between Urban and Rural Areas

传统的城镇化发展战略伴随着城乡收入差距扩大问题,目前城乡收入差距已经超过了临界点,到了不可不治的地步。城镇化一词来源于国外,因此,对国外城镇化发展的模式和经验进行研究分析,对新型城镇化更好地发展有着重要的作用和意义。本文从这一观点出发,对日本、英国两国的城镇化发展模式进行分析总结,最后提出在新型城镇化时期。

The issue of enlarged income gap between urban and rural areas is along with the traditional development strategy of urbanization. The income gap has now exceeded the critical point which must be cured immediately. The word urbanization comes from abroad and the research and analysis of foreign urbanization modes and experiences will definitely benefit newtype urbanization in China. From this point of view, this paper analyzes and summarizes the developmental modes of urbanization in Japan and U. K. and suggests that govenlment should make more innovations concerning the household registration system to narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas in the time of newtype urbanization in China.
