摘要
互联网已经渗透到了人们生活的各个方面,同样对旅游业也产生了巨大的影响。随着互联网的飞速发展,传统旅游的弊端逐渐显现,而在线旅游的兴起和快速发展不但给旅游消费者提供了更多的选择,而且也对旅游消费者的行为产生了深远的影响,并且随着影响的增加,消费者对自主性、独立性和个性化等方面的要求也越来越高,使消费者的旅游行为从消极旅游向着积极旅游不断健康发展。
The Internet could be seen in every aspect of people’s lives, and also have a major impact on the tourism industry. With the development of Internet, the disadvantages of traditional tourism appear gradually, but the rise and rapid development of online travel not only provides the tourism consumers with more choices, but it also has a far-reaching inlfuence on the tourism consumer behavior. And with the increase of impact, the requirements of consumers on autonomy, independence and individuality are also higher and higher, so the consumers’ behaviors develop from the negative to the positive.
