清宁止咳颗粒对咳嗽变异性哮喘模型大鼠肺部病理变化和超微结构的影响

Effect of Qingning Zhike Granules on pathological changes and ultrastructure of lung in model rats with cough variant asthma

目的:探究清宁止咳颗粒对咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)肺部病理变化和超微结构的影响。方法:利用卵蛋白及辣椒素复制CVA大鼠模型。实验分正常对照组、模型对照组、醋酸泼尼松片组、清宁止咳颗粒组、中药联用激素组。灌胃给药13d后,处理动物。结果:与正常对照组比较,其他各组咳嗽次数增多(P<0.05),模型对照组肺、气管组织炎性改变,肺组织超微结构受到破坏;与模型对照组比较,清宁止咳颗粒组、中药联用激素组咳嗽次数减少(P<0.05,P<0.01),各治疗组肺、气管组织病理变化显著改善,肺组织超微结构较完整。结论:清宁止咳颗粒对CVA肺部病理变化与超微结构有改善作用。

Objective： To explore the effect of Qingning Zhike granules on pathological changes and ultrastructure of lung in model rats with cough variant asthma （CVA）. Methods： Ovalbumin and capsalcin were used to duplicate the model rats of CVA. Rats were randomly divided into control group, model control group, prednisone acetate tablets group, Qingning Zbike granules group and TCM combined with hormone group. After 13 days of intragastric administration, rats were sacrificed. Results： Compared with the control group, the cough frequency increased in the other groups （P〈0.05）, and the inflammatory of lung and weasand tissues had changed especially in the model group. Compared with the model group, the cough frequency decreased in the groups of Qingning Zhike granules and TCM combined with hormone （P〈0.05）, and the pathological changes and ultrastructure of lung and weasand were improved significantly. Conclusion： Qingning Zhike granules could ameliorate pathological changes and ultrastructure of lung in CVA patients.
