摘要
目的:探讨2型糖尿病合并肿瘤患者的中医体质分布规律,研究中医体质与糖类抗原CA199的相关性。方法:选择100例2型糖尿病合并肿瘤患者,根据"中医体质分类与判定表"判定体质类型并观察分布情况;通过检测糖类抗原CA199、体质量指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR),比较不同体质患者的糖类抗原CA199、BMI及WHR,观察BMI与糖类抗原CA199的相关性。结果:100例患者中平和质占9%,气虚质占6%,阳虚质占3%,阴虚质占6%,瘀血质占21%,痰湿质占28%,湿热质占7%,气郁质占20%,特禀质占0%。痰湿质、血瘀质、气郁质患者CA199均值最高,与其他体质比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。痰湿质患者CA199、BMI、WHR均值较其他体质类型高,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:痰湿质、血瘀质、气郁质可能是2型糖尿病合并肿瘤的易感因素之一。
Objective: To explore the distribution regularity of constitution of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with tumor, and study the correlation between TCM constitution and carbohydrate antigen CA199. Methods: 100 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined tumor were selected and assessed by the constitutional type and the distribution of 100 diabetic patients with tumor according to the table of TCM constitution classification and decision. By comparing the carbohydrate antigen CA199, body mass index (BMI), waist hip ratio (WHR) of patients with different constitutions, to observe the correlation between BMI and carbohydrate antigen CA199. Results: Among these patients, the patients with constitution of gentler, qi-deficiency, yang-deficiency, yin-deficiency, blood stasis, phlegm dampness, dampness- heat, depressed qi and specific endowment accounted for 9%, 6%, 3%, 6%, 21%, 28%, 7%, 20% and 0%, respectively. Compared with the other constitution, the levels of carbohydrate antigen CA199 in patients with constitution of phlegm dampness, blood stasis, qi-depression was higher (P〈0.05). The BMI, WHR, and carbohydrate antigen CA199 in patients with phlegm dampness constitution were higher than the patients with other constitution (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Phlegm dampness, blood stasis, qidepression may be the susceptibility factors of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with tumor.
