摘要
目的:分析新疆地区汉族与维吾尔族代谢综合征患者证候类型特点。方法:在新疆喀什、哈密、乌鲁木齐地区共收集321例代谢综合征患者,运用因子分析方法提取支配代谢综合征诊断信息的公因子,利用因子方程计算因子得分,确定中医证候类型。结果:321例代谢综合征患者中医症状可分为7类证候,分别为痰湿、痰热、心气瘀滞、肾阳虚、脾阴虚、心阴虚、肝气郁滞。汉族与维吾尔族比较,汉族痰热证、心阴虚证罹患者高于维吾尔族(P<0.01),其他证候罹患情况两民族无差异。汉族痰热证、心气瘀滞证、脾阴虚证、肝气郁滞证得分显著高于维吾尔族(P<0.01)。结论:新疆地区汉族与维吾尔族代谢综合征中医证候类型构成不同,汉族人群痰热、心肝郁滞证较多且重。在心肝郁滞方面女性尤其突出。维吾尔族各类证候罹患率均较低,无性别差异。
Objective: To analyze the syndrome characteristics of metabolic syndrome (MS) between Han and Uygur people in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Methods: 321 cases with MS in Urumqi, Hami and Kashgar were collected; Factor-analytic approaches were used to fetch information which was the common factors to govern the diagnose information of MS. The factor equation was used to calculate the scores of factors to confirm the syndrome types. Results: The TCM syndrome of 321 cases with MS can be divided into 7 categories such as phlegm-damp, phlegm-heat, heart qi stasis, kidney-yang deficiency, spleen-yin deficiency, deficiency of heart-yin and depression of liver-qi. Compared with Urgur people, the attack rate of phlegm- heat and deficiency of heart-yin among Han people was higher (P〈0.01), there was no difference on the attack rate of other syndromes between Han and Urgur people. The scores of phlegm-heat, heart qi stasis, spleen-yin deficiency and depression of liver-qi among Han people were higher than Uygur people (P〈0.01). There was no difference in the scores of phlegm-dampness and kidney-yang deficiency between the two nationalities. Conclusion: The formation of syndrome types of MS among Hart and Uygur people in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region were different. Han people were mainly featured as phlegm-heat and heart and liver stasis, especially for female; while the attack rate of these syndrome types of MS among Uygur people were all lower than Han, and there was no gender difference.
