清肺培元微丸对艾滋病肺部感染痰热壅肺证患者的影响

Effect of Qingfei Peiyuan Micro Pills on AIDS patients of pulmonary infection with syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung

目的:观察清肺培元微丸对艾滋病肺感染痰热壅肺证患者症状体征及生活质量的影响。方法:141例艾滋病肺部感染痰热壅肺证患者随机分为治疗组(94例)和对照组(47例),治疗组给予基础西医治疗加用清肺培元微丸,对照组给予西医基础治疗。治疗4周,随访到第12周,观察患者症状体征和生活质量的变化。结果:清肺培元微丸可以改善患者的症状体征,治疗组较对照组改善明显,第7、21、28天时两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。患者生活质量提高方面,第28天、第12周时治疗组优于对照组,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:清肺培元微丸具有改善艾滋病肺部感染患者症状体征和提高生活质量的作用。

Objective： To observe the effect of Qingfei Peiyuan Micro Pills on AIDS patients of pulmonary infection with syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing the lung, indicating the influence of signs and symptoms and the quality of life. Methods： 141 AIDS patients of pulmonary infection with syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing the lung were randomly divided into treatment group （94 cases） and control group （47cases）. The treatment group was given basic treatment of western medicine combined with Qingfei Peiyuan Micro Pills, the control group was given the basic treatment of western medicine. Treatment 4 weeks, and followed up to 12 weeks, to observe the patient＇s signs and symptoms and changes in quality of life. Results： Qingfei Peiyuan Micro Pills could improve the patient＇s signs and symptoms, the treatment group was improved obviously than control group.On the 7th, 21th, 2gth day, there were significant differences in two groups （P〈0.05）. For improving the patient＇s quality of life, on the 28th day, the 12th week, the treatment group was better than the control group, and the two groups had significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Qingfei Peiyuan Micro Pills can improve signs and symptoms and the quality of life of AIDS patients of pulmonary infection.
