摘要
本文详细介绍了重锤水平拉钢丝法同轴度测量在凝汽器壳体制造中的应用,并对钢丝挠度的计算和测量方法作了详细说明。结合核电凝汽器壳体的结构特点,提出了管隔板装配中管束同轴度测量和找正方法,并对管隔板的装配工艺流程和壳体装焊变形的控制技术作了简单介绍。
This paper detailedly introduces the coaxial measuring of the level pull wire method with weight hammer used to manufacture the condenser shell manufacturing, arid illustrates the calculating and measuring methods for wire deflection. It unifies the structural features of the nuclear power steam condenser casing and put forward the measurement of the tube coaxial degree of the pipe baffle assembly and its method of align- ment, and simply introduces the technological process of the pipe baffle assembly and the control technology of welding deformation of the shell.
