摘要
本文阐述了在数控实践教学环节过程中教师对学生兴趣的引导和培养方式，借以帮助学生更好地完成当前的学习培训任务，从而更加理性的走向社会。
This paper describes how to guide and train students interested in order to help them to complete the current learning and training missions in the process of the practical teaching of the CNC for the teachers, which is more rational to society in the future.
