复方地黄颗粒治疗女童特发性性早熟50例临床研究

Clinical Study on Compound Glutinous Rehmannia Particles in Treatment of 50 Cases with Idiopathic Central Precocious Puberty in Girls

目的:观察复方地黄颗粒治疗女童特发性中枢性性早熟(ICPP)的临床疗效。方法:对50例ICPP女童予复方地黄颗粒治疗,疗程6个月,观察其临床疗效、治疗前后中医证候评分、乳核直径、子宫及卵巢容积、血清性激素(卵泡生成素FSH、黄体生成素LH、雌二醇E2)水平变化。结果:治疗显效23例,有效19例,无效8例,总有效率84%;治疗后中医证候评分、乳核直径、子宫及卵巢容积、血清性激素水平较治疗前明显降低,治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:复方地黄颗粒能降低特发性中枢性性早熟女童性激素水平,有效控制和减缓性腺发育的成熟程度和进度,临床疗效肯定。

Objective ： To observe the effect of Compound Glutinous Rehmannia Particles in treating girls with idiopathic central precocious puberty （ ICPP ）. Methods ： 50 cases of girls with idiopathic c.entral precocious puberty were treated with Compound Glutinous Rehmannia Particles for 6 months. The clinical effect, the traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores and the changes of breast size, uterine volume, ovarian volume were observed. The serum sex hormones （ FSH, LH and E2 ） were determined before and after treatment. Results：After treatment, 23 cases were markedly effective, 19 cases were effective, 8 patients were invalid, the total effective rate was 84%. The traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores were obviously improved. The breast size, uterine volume, ovarian volume and the serum sex hormone levels were reduced obviously （ P〈0.01 or P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Compound Glutinous Rehmannia Particles can reduce the serum sex hormone levels of the ICPP girls, and effectively control and delay the maturity and the speed of gonadal development. The clinical effect is affimative.
