中药面膜对兔耳痤疮治疗作用实验研究

Experimental Study of Traditional Chinese Medicine Facial Mask in Treatment of Rabbit Ear Acne

目的:观察中药面膜对兔耳痤疮的治疗作用。方法:空白对照组为10只兔耳,不做任何处理。另10只兔子两耳内侧外涂油酸进行造模2周。造模成功后,中药组左耳给予中药面膜外敷,日1次;造模组右耳给予生理盐水面膜外敷,日1次。2周后活体取材,肉眼及镜下观察治疗前后兔耳皮肤及兔耳组织学改变。结果:兔耳外涂油酸2周后,肉眼可见丘疹,兔耳红肿粗糙,镜下毛囊增大,有凸起的结节,似人类痤疮。中药面膜治疗2周后,红肿减退,丘疹变平,镜下毛囊变小。造模组无显著性变化。结论:中药面膜对兔耳痤疮有显著治疗作用(P<0.05)。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine mask on rabbit ear acne. Methods ： The blank control group consisted of 10 ears of the rabbits, without any treatment. 10 rabbits＇ ears were coated with oleic acid for 2 weeks. After the success of modeling, the Chinese medicine group was treated by external application of the traditional Chinese medicine mask on the left ears, once a day. The control group was treated by external application of the physiological saline mask on the right ears, once a day. After 2 weeks, we did the biopsy, observing the changes of the naked eye and the lens before and after treatment in rabbit ear skin and rabbit ear tissue. Results： After 2 weeks, rabbits with oleie acid, visible papules, rabbit ear swelling of rough, microscopic follicles increased, with raised nodules, human like ache. after 2 weeks traditional Chinese medicine mask treatment, inflamed declined, pimples flattened, with hair follicle decreased. However, the control group had no significant change. Conclusion ： The traditional Chinese medicine mask had significant therapeutic effect on the acne of rabbit ears （ P〈0.05 ）.
