湖北清江工程监理有限公司受湖北清江高坝洲工程建设公司 委托，承担高坝洲水电站主体建筑安装工程质量监理。根据《高坝洲水电站质量监理工作大纲》的监理总目标，坚持“法、诚信、 公正、科学”的宗旨，严格监理，不断制订和完善各项监理工作制度，制定有效的监理措施，保证各业施工项目均有相应的工程质量监理实施细则，使监理工作规范化、制度化。并始终以高质量、高水平的监理服务，加强工程监理、 提高工程质量，为高坝洲水电站机组达标投产打下坚实的基础。

Trusted by the owner of the Gaobazhou hydroelectric project, the Qingjiang Construction Supervision Company Ltd. undertook the quality supervision task of the construction and erection of the main works of the Gaobazhou hydroelectric project on the Qingjiang river. The Company maintained the principle of “law abiding, honesty, fairness and science', carefully performed supervision, constantly formulated and perfected the rules and regulations, worked out effective and practicable supervisory measures, ensured the various discipline construction items to have their own respective detailed supervision rules and regulations on the construction quality and made the supervision work more standardization and regularization. The high quality service offered by the Company have laid sound foundation for the commercial operation of the Gaobazhou station.
