Complete Compendium of Muting was a summative masterpiece written by medical scientist HUANG Tingjing of Qing dynasty based on previous human＇s studies and his own clinical experience. It was very important in his history of Chinese ophthalmology development. It＇s distinctive and strong practical. This article summarized and analyzed the overall treatment, warm and tonic treatment, acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine treatment and surgical treatment for explaning its significant in ophthalmological treatment.
