耳穴贴压干预社区糖尿病高危人群体重效果观察

Intervention Effect of Auricular-plaster Therapy on Weight of Community Diabetic High Risk Group

目的:探讨耳穴贴压对社区糖尿病高危人群体重的影响。方法:将60例社区糖尿病高危人群随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用饮食疗法、运动疗法和健康教育的干预措施,观察组采用同样的干预措施并加用耳穴贴压同期治疗3个月,观察两组患者治疗前、治疗3个月后体重、腰围、腰臀比的变化。结果:观察组患者体重指数、腰围和腰臀比均明显低于对照组,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴贴压能够显著降低糖尿病高危人群的体重,且操作简便安全,有较好的临床应用及推广价值。

Objective ： To investigate the effect of auricular-plaster therapy on the weight of community diabetic high risk group. Method： 60 case of diabetic high risk individuals were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was treated by diet therapy, exercise therapy and health education. The treatment group was additionally given to auricular-plaster therapy. We compared the body weight, waist circumference and waist-hip ratio of the two groups before and after the intervention for 3 months respectively. Result： The body weight, waist circumference and waist-hip ratio of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The auricular-plaster therapy can significantly reduce the weight of diabetic high risk group, and it is characterized by simple operation, so it is worthy of promotion.
