中医药治疗糖尿病肾病研究进展

Research Progress on Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy

糖尿病肾病是糖尿病常见的严重并发症之一,其发病率正在逐年增加。在研究防治方法的过程中,中医药预防和延缓糖尿病肾病的作用愈发突出,但尚未形成统一的辨证体系和诊治标准。笔者就近年来各家对糖尿病肾病的治疗方法进行评析,以期为今后中医药治疗糖尿病肾病的研究提供帮助。

Diabetic nephropathy is one of the common serious complications of diabetes, whose morbidity is increasing year by year. When comes to the researching process of prevention methods, Chinese medicine prevention and delaying the progression of diabetic nephropathy are playing a significant role, while they have not formed a unified dialectical system and diagnosis standard yet. With a view to provide help to the further research of Chinese medicine in treating diabetic nephropathy, the author of this paper has summarized and analyzed various methods of diagnosis and treatment of diabetic nephropathy in recent years.
