乳腺癌根治手术后冲任失调患者中医药治疗临床研究

Clinical Studies on TCM Treatment of Breast Cancer Radical Surgery Patients with Dysfunction of Chong and Ren Channels

目的:研究冲任失调型乳腺癌根治术后患者的中医治疗。方法:回顾分析门诊乳腺癌根治手术后,有月经失调的患者的辨证治疗及其疗效评价。结果:2007年2月—2013年6月共有173例就诊,其中月经失调者91例,分别辨证为肝郁化热、肝郁气滞、肝郁脾虚、气阴两虚、肝阴不足或阴津亏虚等证型进行中药汤剂治疗;症状治疗的总有效率为87.9%(治愈5.49%,显效27.47%,有效54.95%);与冲任失调相关症状的治疗效果均为有效以上。结论:乳腺癌根治手术后月经失调患者可辨证施治,而忽略冲任失调的分型。

Objective ： To study the impact of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with breastcancer radical surgery treatment. Methods： The retrospective analysis was used for breast cancer radicalsurgery patients with menstrual disorder and the curative effect evaluation was carried on. Results： DuringFebruary 2007-June 2013, a total of 173 cases, including 91 cases of menstrual disorder （ heat due toliver depression, liver depression and qi stagnation, liver depression and spleen deficiency, Qi and Yindeficiency, Yin deficiency, Yin fluid deficiency ） were treated with TCM decoctions. The total effective ratewas 87.9% （cure rate 5.5%, obvious effective rate 27.5% and effective rate 55%）. The symptoms associatedwith disorder of Chong and Ren channels were all effective. Conclusion ： Menstrual disorder patients afterbreast cancer radical surgery can be treated based on syndrome differentation, ignoring the type of Chongand Ren channels disorders.
